What You Need to Know about Health Care Reform

In addition to reforming Medicare and Medicaid, this legislation imposes employer mandates. To finance the cost of health care reform, the new law imposes varying levels of taxes on insurers, employers and individuals. Many of the provisions will have significant impact upon employers.
