Training 101 Direct Care Worker Training

MALA provides a solution to tackle your training needs. MALA is proud to announce Training 101, a training series for your new hires and those needing refresher training. Training 101 will provide new employees with the fundamental training needed to prepare them for effective on-the-job training. Topics include:

Training 101 is:

The training is provided on CD or DVD. Each CD is highly interactive which will engage employees and make learning fun. It contains educational games and fun practice drills. In addition, each CD provides an overview of licensing rules specifically related to the course topic as well as information from a subject matter expert and a testing component. The testing component is automated and designed for multiple users. Upon completion of each of the training topics, new hires will be given a post-test which will be automatically scored. Upon achieving a passing score, a personalized certificate of completion will be generated with the date and the new hire's name on it. Simply print the certificate.

The cost for MALA members is $60.00 for the first CD and $10.00 for each additional CD on the same topic. To receive the $10.00 price you must place your order for the additional copies of the CD at the same time as you place your order for your first CD.
